While I'm not a skin expert or doctor, I've spent years exploring and experimenting with skincare and holistic approaches to reversing in age. As a woman, I've been on both sides of the beauty spectrum. I've tried cosmetic treatments and explored natural methods. Initially, quick and easy treatments were always at the top of my list because I didn't know there were other options. However, I eventually reached a point where I wanted something more sustainable, cost-effective, and holistic for my overall aging and radiance.
If you've tried Botox, fillers, or threads and are beginning to question their long-term benefits, you're not alone. I felt the same way. Although I never experienced Botox poisoning, I did end up with a droopy eyebrow a couple of times, which made me feel really insecure. It's ironic—I got Botox to boost my confidence, but it had the opposite effect. Eventually, Botox started to feel less satisfying and I wanted to explore other options that could enhance my beauty without the constant upkeep and side effects.
This is when I discovered Face Yoga and fell in love with it, eventually getting certified. I had no idea this would become my path, but I'm so grateful it did. During my certification, I learned about facial anatomy, why we get wrinkles, and how to soften them through facial exercises, massage, and acupressure points. I realized that our stressful lives put a lot of tension on our faces, which makes us look older than we actually are. Face Yoga offered a natural way to address these issues.
These are 1:1 sessions, where I offer skincare + beauty advice that goes beyond products and treatments. True glowing skin reflects your internal state and overall well-being, which is why I focus on techniques like Face Yoga. These simple exercises can make a big difference in how you look and feel by strengthening and toning facial muscles. I also emphasize the mind-body connection, helping you understand your inner dialogue and manage stress, which is crucial for radiant skin. During our sessions, you'll learn how to care for your skin using both medical-grade and natural skincare products and beauty hacks like face taping, face cupping and gua sha. Additionally, I'll guide you in incorporating relaxation and wellness rituals into your daily life to enhance your beauty from the inside out.
